Crossing the Valley of Death: From vision to delivery in heating decarbonisation projects II

Across Europe, cities and regions are setting ambitious goals to decarbonise heating driven by the net-zero agenda and growing concerns over energy security. Yet, many promising projects get stranded before reaching implementation. High costs, uncertain business models, and political or financial risks often stand in the way.
Heatnet Global, under the DHC Academy project, is tackling this challenge through a series of capacity-building online sessions: Project delivery in heat – Crossing the Valley of Death.
These sessions will guide participants through the full project journey, from concept to operation, focusing on practical solutions to reduce costs and risks and optimise performance. The series will also introduce the DHC Academy project, which aims to mobilise key stakeholders and training institutions to develop and deliver the skills needed for the future of our industry.
