Crash course for cities

Shape the future of district heating in your city!

Join us for the second edition of the Crash Course for Cities, a training programme on District Heating and Cooling tailored for local authorities, city representatives, government officials and municipally owned companies. The CCC will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, in conjunction with the Euroheat & Power Congress (3-5 June 2025).

Organised in collaboration with the Covenant of Mayors and CEE Bankwatch Network, this free course will be delivered in English, with Czech translation available throughout the entire day. The focus will be on district heating decarbonisation strategies, modernisation approaches, financing opportunities and stakeholder engagement. The programme will also include a networking dinner to connect with peers and industry leaders.

Participants who qualify for the "local authority" ticket will also enjoy complimentary access to the Euroheat & Power Congress.

If you'd like to attend the Euroheat & Power Congress and the CCC, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and register
  2. Select the EU / National / Local Representatives / NGO ticket.
  3. Indicate your interest in attending the CCC in the relevant custom question.
  4. Complete the registration process.

Each Crash Course registration will be manually verified. Please register using your work email address or contact the organisers in case you work for a municipally owned utility.

We look forward to welcoming you in Prague for a learning experience designed with cities, for cities!

If you have questions, feel free to reach out to the crash course coordinators Aksana Krasatsenka at ak@euroheat.org or Sara Comparetto at sc@euroheat.org.
