1ˢᵗ Linz District Heating Forum
Hosted by the Energieinstitut an der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz

The Linz District Heating Forum is a new international meeting point for experts and practitioners in the field of district heating.
The Forum gathers approximately 100 experts:
- 50+ invited speakers
- Contributing project partners
- Further invited and applying participants
The Forum aims to
- Transfer knowledge between applied research and district heating practice
- Foster networking among actors from specific fields of district heating
- Disseminate project results
- Connect key stakeholders
The focus of this first edition will be on:
- Supra-regional district heating networks
- Large thermal energy storage
- Industrial symbiosis for the integration of waste heat
The event will be held entirely in English to foster international exchange. There are no participation fees for the forum.
