BuildON project kicks off

BuildON held its kick-off meeting in Valladolid, Spain, at the premises of CARTIF that is the project coordinator.

BuildOn is a new project focused on smart buildings, especially on the transition to decarbonisation and digitalisation of energy management systems. Its goal is to help Build the next generatiON of smart buildings, by developing the technology for improving energy efficience and delivering accessible tools for intelligent building services. 

The meeting started with the necessary introductions: 20 partners from 8 countries take part in the consortium! Several of them are directly involved in the 5 real-life project pilots, which were the subject of the first workshop on social innovation that took place during the meeting.
