I tried to create an account, but I received an error message that my email address is already in use. Why?!

You have recieved this error because your email address is recogised by our system. Please use the 'Password reset' form in the bottom left of the Register/Login page to confirm your email address and activate your account. Please refer to this PDF document for a visual guide to this process. 

Can I access the members area with my login details from the previous EHP website?

Yes you can! Use the 'Resest Password' form to reactive your account from our previous website.

Where can I find a resource that was published before 2019?

All of the resources from our previous website can be found in our archive. To improve the speed of our new website, we have only included content that was pubished after the beginning of 2019.

Where can I access the Country by Country (CbC) publication?

If your user account meets the criteria to view this publcation, it will be available via the last tab at the bottom of the member homepage. Please note that this publication can also be accessed via our website archive (login required).
