11th International DHC+ Summer School

ATTENDANCE FEES 

All participation fees cover the tuition fee, educational materials and networking programme. The amount will depend on the participant's status (Student (must provide a valid student ID) or Professional) and whether or not your organisation is a Member of Euroheat & Power / DHC+ (check here). Lunches, coffee breaks and welcome and farewell dinners indicated in the programme are included in the price each participant pays. Please note that other dinners are not included.

For the 2023 edition, 4 free tickets will be reserved for eligible Ukrainian participants. To be considered, participants should have Ukrainian citizenship, be enrolled in an institution of higher education in Ukraine or be employed by a company established in Ukraine. To apply, please address a copy of your ID document or passport and a motivation letter outlining your suitability (maximum one page in English) to [email protected], with the subject “DHC+ Summer School - Ukrainian participant”. Selected candidates will receive a special code allowing them to complete the registration. Please note: travel to and from Tallinn, accommodation and other personal expenses are not included in the offer. Participants must cover these costs.

Travel costs, accommodation and other related expenses are neither included nor reimbursable. 

All rates are in EUR (€) and not subject to VAT. All payments must be made in Euro (€); no other currency will be accepted.


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment should preferably be made using a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) during the online registration procedure, but bank transfer is also accepted. Participants who pay by bank transfer can only finish their registrations once they receive a code from the organiser. To request payment by bank transfer, please send an email to [email protected] with dhcplus@euroheat.org in copy. Additionally, provide the chosen fee category, your billing details and reference/PO number (if required).

Payment must be made in full within 15 days from the receipt of the invoice. If the payment is not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled. Once the payment is received, the organiser will share a code to complete the online registration.

Participants will receive a digital (PDF) version of the invoice upon request. Completion of your online registration and payment need to be done prior to contacting the organiser for an invoice. The invoice issued will use the billing details provided on the registration form. We, therefore, ask that participants ensure they provide the correct information (company name, address and VAT number if applicable).

Cancellations must be communicated to the DHC+ Platform team at [email protected]. Cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee until 1 July 2023. After that date, no refunds or exceptions will be made.
