ATTENDANCE FEES 

The participation fee covers the tuition fee, educational materials and transportation to sites. The amount will depend on the participant's status (Student (must provide a valid student ID) or Professional) and whether or not your organisation is a Member of Euroheat & Power / DHC+ (check here). Lunches, coffee breaks and networking dinners indicated in the programme are included in the price.

To request a ticket payment via invoice, please send an email to [email protected] with [email protected] in copy. Additionally, provide your billing details and reference/PO number (if required).

Travel costs, accommodation and other related expenses are neither included nor reimbursable. Thank you for your understanding!

All rates are in EUR (€) and not subject to VAT 


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment must be made in full within one week from the date of the final approval of the registration. If the payment is not received within this period, the registration will be cancelled. All prices indicated are in Euro (€) and all payments must be made in Euro (€); no other currency will be accepted. Payment should preferably be made using a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) during the online registration procedure but bank transfer are also accepted.

Participants will receive a digital (PDF) version of the invoice  upon receipt of the total amount. Completion of your online registration and payment needs to be done prior to contacting the organiser for an invoice. The invoice issued will use the billing details provided on the registration form. We, therefore, ask that participants ensure they provide the correct information (company name, address and VAT number if applicable).

Cancellations must be communicated to the DHC+ Platform team on [email protected]. Cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee until 1st of July 2022. After that date, no refunds or exceptions will be made.
