The 9th edition of the International DHC+ Summer School will take place in Karlshamn, Sweden from 22-28 August 2021

Together with our Swedish hosts, we will take all necessary precautions to organise the safest event possible. However, please note that due to the uncertainty surrounding international travel, any participants who are unable to travel due to a positive test result for COVID-19 will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

Engaging District Heating and Cooling End-Users through Artificial Intelligence

The 9th edition will focus on this topic and will include lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on workshops and virtual technical visits.

We have updated the programme, which now includes District Cooling, development of a DHC strategy and network design, sector integration, customer communication and two study visits that for obvious reasons were not possible in 2020. Hands-on workshops will focus on Artificial Intelligence (taking into account the feedback we received last year) and specific DH solutions that use AI to control and monitor centrally heated buildings.

Registration

The registration is open until 31st July 2021 (or until fully booked). The 30 slots available will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis (with a maximum of 4 participants per organisation).

Don’t miss this opportunity and REGISTER HERE!

NEW! What are the current COVID-19 regulations in Sweden applicable to the Summer School?

From June 1st, it is allowed to arrange an event where each participant has an individual and designated seat, with total max 50 persons in the room. Each person shall have a minimum of 1 m space in all directions to the next person during the event, alternatively groups of 4 with minimum 1 meter to next group. However, the study visits to Södra Cell and Cetetherm will be arranged digitally. Digital study visits will be recorded and complemented with Q&A sessions with professionals from the companies in the lecture room.
