Aurélie has over a decade of experience in political strategy, advocacy and EU energy & climate policies. She previously held the position of Deputy CEO and Policy Director of SolarPower Europe from 2017 to 2021. She has also headed the European Affairs department of the French Union of Electricity from 2012 to 2017.
Eloi joined Euroheat & Power in 2002 and since January 2014 he supervises the policy unit. Eloi has over 10 years experience in energy policy and lobbying in Brussels. Prior to joining Euroheat & Power, he worked for the European Commission and Gaz de France in Central Europe.
Within Euroheat & Power, Eloi is in charge of regulatory and legislative affairs and the policy unit.
Pauline joined Euroheat & Power in January 2019 as a Policy Officer and was promoted to Policy Manager in April 2021. Within the policy team, she manages the work on renewable energy and waste heat, industrial emissions, the EU Emissions Trading System, as well circular economy and digitalisation.
Pauline is an EU public affairs and policy expert, specialised in energy and environment. Over the last 8 years, she has gained experience in advocacy and stakeholder dialogue supporting association and corporate clients from the industry, for a Brussels-based public affairs agency. She was also a bluebook trainee at the European Commission, DG NEAR.
Pauline holds a Bachelor in law from the University of Nantes (France), a Master’s degree in European public affairs from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Poland) and a Master’s degree in European public affairs from Maastricht University (the Netherlands).
She is passionate about sustainability and dedicated to supporting the energy transition. Outside of the office, she enjoys crafts and travelling.
Giulia joined Euroheat & Power in September 2019 as a Policy Officer and was promoted to Policy Manager in January 2022. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a senior consultant, providing strategic advocacy and communications advice on key energy and environmental policies, particularly related to the EU energy transition, sustainability and the circular economy.
She has a range of previous industry experience in the climate and energy fields, including positions in the European Parliament, Friends of Europe and the European Climate Foundation.
Ludovica joined Euroheat & Power in April 2022 as a Policy Trainee. Prior to that, she was a trainee at the European Committee of the Regions and worked as a Journalist in Rome.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations and a Master's Degree in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs. In 2017, Ludovica graduated from the Army Military High School "Pietro Teulié" in Milan.

Arianna joined Euroheat & Power in January 2022 as Head of Events. Prior to joining EHP, she worked as an Event Officer at SolarPower Europe where she organised a wide variety of events, both physical and digital. Arianna holds a bachelor’s degree in International Science, Development and Cooperation at the University of Turin, Italy.
Besides her native Italian, Arianna speaks English and French.
Kale joined Euroheat & Power in January, 2019. He concluded his Communication and Information Technology studies in Australia and has spent the last decade optimising his marketing, design and programming skills.
Within EHP, Kale publishes relevant content across our different communication channels and manages our expanding digital network.
Denise joined Euroheat & Power in April 2022 as an Event Assistant. She holds a master's degree in Strategic Communication and took part in the Erasmus program. As part of her studies, Denise wrote a thesis on crisis communication and storytelling used by the European Union during the Covid-19 pandemic. Before starting her master, she worked in Milan in the field of events and communication.
Crélida joined Euroheat in December 2017 as an Office Assistant. After completing her degree in Political Science at Birkbeck University of London, she has worked in various international companies, most notably in the insurance and transport sectors.
In September 2021 she was promoted to Project Officer. She is in charge of membership services, the certification programme and database management in addition to providing support to the managing director.
As part of her work with the DHC+ Platform, Crélida is involved in the organisation of the Summer School, the Student Awards and supports with communications.

Aksana joined Euroheat & Power in February 2013, and since January 2014 she is a dedicated member of the DHC+ team. She became Head of Knowledge Transfer in January 2022 and is co-managing DHC+ with Gabriele Pesce.
Aksana has been involved in an important number of EU funded projects leading communication and dissemination activities, social media strategy and European replication actions. She is also in charge of knowledge transfer activities and DHC+-related communications. In addition, she coordinates the work on Education & Training and supports the organisation of the DHC+ Summer School and DHC+ Student Awards.
After graduation in European law and politics from the Universities of Bordeaux (FR) and Minsk (BY), Aksana completed an internship in legal and public affairs within an international law firm and another Brussels based association.

Gabriele joined Euroheat & Power on 1 June 2018 and in January 2022 he was promoted to Head of DHC+ Projects & Sustainable Finance. He holds a Master’s degree in international relations and a postgraduate degree in diplomatic studies. He is specialised in project management with vast experience in the preparation, design and management of EU projects and tenders within different financing programmes.
At EHP, Gabriele supports the policy team in the analysis of European legislation and mechanisms in the fields of sustainable and infrastructure finance relevant to district heating and cooling. He also coordinates and supports the DHC+ team and the Euroheat accountant in managing financial aspects, related to EU projects and advises the Head of DHC+ and the Euroheat Managing Director on EU project general management and in the planning and management of resources. Additionally, he manages the contribution of DHC+ to the TEMPO and COOL DH projects funded by H2020, mainly in the area of communication.

Jack joined Euroheat & Power as a member of the DHC+ team in September, 2019. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Functional Biology at Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Environmental Sustainability at the University of Edinburgh, he has developed a strong understanding of environmental issues and sustainable development.
Prior to joining our team, Jack gained valuable experience working with REN21, the renewable energy policy network, as part of the Renewables Global Status Report team.
John became a member of the DHC+ team at Euroheat & Power in January 2022. He holds a 5-year Diploma in Environmental Engineering and an MSc in Sustainable Cities. As a research assistant at Aalborg University, Copenhagen, John was working with projects focused on district heating and cooling, while he led a series of project dissemination and communication activities.
As Project Officer at DHC+ John contributes to EU-funded projects: Tempo, Cool DH and ReUseHeat, as well as supports the knowledge transfer activities.
Christina joined the DHC+ Platform in April. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in European Studies: European Integration and European Societies. As an undergraduate student, Christina volunteered at the European Information Center-Europe Direct and European Documentation Center and later worked as a contract worker for two years. She has participated in several summer schools, winter schools, volunteer projects, seminars, and educational trainings. Christina has recently completed her traineeship through the Erasmus+ project as an EU Projects Assistant.
