Euroheat
& Power is pleased to invite you to participate at Euroheat
& Power' s 4th Marketing Seminar, 'Promoting DHC: Tools
to Success,' that will take place in Renaissance Hotel in Salzburg,
Austria on 13 and 14 March 2008.
Promotion
and customer relations are remaining on the forefront and are
the key for continuing success of our industry. Combined heat
& power (CHP) and district heating and cooling (DHC) operating
in an active market environment faces many daily challenges.
Still, with the current policy drives for environmental responsibility,
security of supply and energy efficiency our sector recognises
many opportunities for consolidation and continuing growth of
CHP/DHC.
The
European Marketing expert group operating under guidance of
Euroheat & Power Board has reviewed the customer-relations needs
and the key customer-facing tools for CHP/DHC in the future.
This seminar aims to present a broad range of expert views on
these. Amongst many others, the topics covered include daily
customer care, billing and metering as communications with customer,
market potentials, green customer, and experiences on making
customer surveys.
We
hope that you will be able to join us for what we hope will
be an informative and important exchange of experiences and
would appreciate your response to this invitation by returning
the attached registration form before 6
March 2008.
