Euroheat & Power periodically requires interns for periods of 3/4 months

Gaining experience in an EU environment is a valuable excercise and will help your career. Energy is a lively policy field and currently many policies are at different stages of the European Union legislative process.Euroheat & Power is a small and very busy international team and you will be fully involved in our daily work. You will not only provide us with organisational and event coordination support, but you will also report on EU briefings, workshops, conferences as well as perform research on more specialist subjects such as emissions trading, energy services, renewable heat, EU enlargement etc.
Specific project work is also encouraged and can be arranged, depending on your individual qualifications and interests. Our internship should also allow you to gain an insight into the decision-making processes in the European institutions, as well as experience in the day-to-day international work of a professional association involved in European energy and environment matters.
How to apply?
If you are a student or a recent graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) with experience or interest in energy policy, possibly with some technical knowledge, with fluent English, good communications skills, good phone manner, some knowledge of the European Union and proven IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc) please apply.
