Within the framework of the 10th REHVA world Congress, taking place from the 9 to the 12thof May 2010 in Antalya, Turkey, Euroheat & Power is organizing a District Cooling workshop. High level experts from the District Cooling sector, together with independent Designers, Real Estate Promoters, Manufacturers and Consultants, will present their experiences with District Cooling: explaining, why they choose District Cooling, how its integration enhanced their projects and what lessons they learned. The District Cooling workshop will provide an opportunity for professionals in the HVAC and building sector to further improve their business by using the well established infrastructure of District Cooling.

Teaming up for energy renewal: cogeneration and district heating
Euroheat & Power and COGEN Europe are organizing a joint Annual Conference on Wednesday 2 June 2010 in Brussels. Please note the date in your diary.
The new European Parliament and European Commission face many challenges in energy and climate policy. In 2010 COGEN Europe and Euroheat & Power will showcase the proven capability and still untapped potential for cogeneration and district heating in this unique event in Brussels. The Conference brings the strongest advocates and the most influential thinkers in cogeneration and district heating to Brussels to highlight the significant role which efficient provision of electricity and heat must play in resolving Europe’s climate and energy challenges today.
The theme of the one-day conference is “Teaming up for energy renewal: cogeneration and district heating” and we shall be focusing on best practice, policy and strategy for action in Europe’s energy policy in the light of Copenhagen outcomes.
